A teacher of our Saturday School commits himself/herself to serving children.
He/she loves children and children love him/her.
He/she must have the trust of the pastor and be a member of the church.
His/her life must be “an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” (1 Timothy 4, 12)
He/she must be an adult, not a child or teenager. (Teenagers may be teacher assistants.)
He/she must be faithful to God and diligent his ministry, “Do everything as if for God, not for men”.
He/she must be able to work with other teachers, teacher assistants, parents, and the leaders of the church.
